SHIPPING METHODS

As soon as we receive your order, we start processing it without delay. Most products are ready to be shipped within one day of receiving the order. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen carrier. Customers are continuously informed about the status of their order by our store.

We ship the goods using the delivery method of your choice. When delivered by PPL courier, you will receive the package at any address. When shipped via Zásilkovna, you can collect the package at your chosen Zásilkovna branch. You can also arrange personal pickup by prior agreement.

Immediately after handing the package over to the carrier, we will inform you by email with a tracking number to follow your shipment. Once the carrier registers/scans the package, you will be continuously informed about its delivery. From that moment, the delivery speed is no longer under our control, but we trust that the carrier does everything possible to deliver your package as quickly as possible 😊 (After handing the goods to the carrier, we can no longer change the delivery method or guarantee the delivery date.)
