WeCysto plus
A global approach for the management of cystitis in cats
It is a nutraceutical developed to support the urinary tract. It contains a combination of ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and glycosaminoglycans which are responsible for the bladder lining, Omega-3 as an anti-inflammatory ingredient and also L-tryptophan for stress relief.

*To get a dose, press the pump on the bottle once. Can be mixed with food, given directly into the animal's mouth or placed on the paw to lick.
Cystitis is often idiopathic
Treatment of cystitis depends on the cause: in the case of urolithiasis, removal and/or dissolution of urinary stones will be necessary; in the case of bacterial infection, the choice of the right antibiotics is crucial. In the case of an idiopathic situation, multimodal environmental modification (MEMO) is needed.
Treatment should always be multimodal
Since cystitis in cats is strongly associated with stress, treatment should always be multimodal:
- Modifying and improving the cat's environment to reduce the animal's stress level
- Reducing urine concentration with increased water intake
- Controlling pain/inflammation and strengthening the bladder lining, which is often damaged.
In one dose (1 ml):
- N-Acetyl-Glucosamine: 75 mg
- Hyaluronic acid: 5 mg
- Omega 3 (EPA and DHA): 15 mg
- L-Tryptophan: 50 mg
- L-Theanine: 0.075 mg
- Vitamin B1: 0.12 mg
- Vitamin B6: 0.01 mg
- Vitamin B3: 0.6 mg
- Cranberry extract
