    When the stomach needs protection, soothing and quick relief

    Every day, the stomach lining is exposed to acids, toxins, microorganisms, drugs and other influences that can lead to irritation, inflammatory changes or erosion. The first symptoms do not have to be dramatic, but often are just a lack of appetite, general discomfort, indigestion, reflux or nausea.

    WeGastro® works with the principle of direct mucoprotection. Sodium alginate forms a protective barrier on the surface of the stomach contents, which helps limit the return of acidic contents to the esophagus. Passionflower and chamomile also promote calming of the digestive tract, reducing spasms and reducing the stimuli associated with nausea and vomiting.

    This is why WeGastro® is a practical support for reflux, vomiting, nausea and irritation of the stomach lining. It is suitable for situations where the animal needs gentle protection of the stomach, for example after meals, during sensitive digestion or after medication.

    Main components

    Sodium alginate

    In contact with stomach acid, it forms a gel layer with a protective and buffering effect. It helps protect the gastric and oesophageal mucosa, reduces reflux and promotes healing of irritated mucosa.

    Passionflower, Passiflora incarnata

    Passionflower binds to GABA receptors, promoting a relaxing effect and helping to reduce the central stimulus of vomiting. At the same time, it is associated with relaxation of the smooth muscle of the digestive tract.

    Chamomile, Matricaria chamomilla

    Chamomile promotes a gastroprotective effect, has antioxidant properties, helps to protect the gastric mucosa and helps to soothe smooth muscle spasms associated with digestive discomfort.

    Detailed composition:

    WeGastro®, composition in 1 ml

    • Passionflower, Passiflora incarnata, 20 mg
    • Chamomile, Matricaria chamomilla / Chamomilla recutita, 1.34 mg
    • Sodium alginate, 6 mg

    Method of administration:

    Recommended dosage

    • 1 ml per 5 kg body weight
    • administer after meals or after medication, 2-3 times a day

    It is recommended to put the dosing syringe on the bottle, draw the desired amount and administer directly into the mouth. Shake well before use.
