Product detailed description
Rapid upper respiratory support

Balsamic Air free breathing for maximum performance
Changes in the environment, weather or daily routine can quickly stress a horse's sensitive respiratory system. The result can be not only discomfort but also a reduction in performance. Balsamic Air is designed to quickly support the upper respiratory tract and provide a sense of free, natural breathing.
Thanks to a carefully selected combination of essential oils, it helps to relax the airways and contributes to the horse's comfort at any time of year - at home, in the stable and during sport.
Why choose Balsamic Air?
Immediate support for breathing comfort
Liquid form with effective essential oils
Suitable for year-round use
Can be nebulized directly into the horse's environment
ADP - safe for use during competition
Know what to look out for in your horse
Learn to recognise the signals that may indicate the need for upper airway support: rapid or labored breathing, nasal discharge, reduced performance, loss of appetite or poor exercise tolerance. Always describe these symptoms as accurately as possible to your veterinarian, who will advise you on environmental modifications and recommend a clear course of action using Balsamic products.
Be able to think ahead
The experience of our vets shows that in many situations the need for respiratory support can be anticipated to prevent the occasional decline in respiratory performance. Balsamic Air should be included for example when the weather cools down, when starting training or when in contact with other horses. Older horses, whose respiratory system may be more sensitive, will particularly benefit from it. Many riders in our team also use Balsamic Air as a preventative measure when travelling to competitions.

Which supplement is right for your horse?
The Audevard respiratory range includes two supplements with scientifically proven active ingredients: Balsamic Air and Balsamic Control. These products complement each other and together provide comprehensive support for your horse's respiratory system.
Use the table below to easily find out which product to use and when. If you are unsure, your veterinarian will recommend the most appropriate course of action for your horse's exact needs.
Focus on components
Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus is a tree native to Australia. Eucalyptus essential oil contains eucalyptol, prized for its fresh, slightly spicy scent. Due to its astringent properties, it helps prevent respiratory congestion and helps maintain your horse's breathing comfort.

Composition and efficacy of the formula
Our veterinarians have chosen to administer the plants in the form of essential oils, making their active substances immediately available to the organism. Dried plants or plant extracts do not provide this speed of action.
It is these high demands on quality that are behind the success of Balsamic Air, which has been proven for more than 30 years. In addition, the formula is supplemented with a mother tincture of thyme that supports long-term care of the respiratory system.
Balsamic Air does not contain any substances that could lead to a positive anti-doping test result. The ADP program ensures that there is no contamination with ingredients that could cause a positive finding at screening.
Our recommendations
Use Balsamic Air at the first sign of respiratory discomfort and in situations that may cause difficulties, such as transport, poor quality hay, dusty environments or riding stables.
Due to its consistency, the product can be:
administered directly into the horse's mouth,
not to be injected into the horse's environment,
or easily mixed into the feed.
Balsamic Air is very palatable and well accepted by the horse.
For comprehensive and targeted support, Balsamic Air can be combined with Balsamic Control, especially for horses that need a quick return to breathing comfort.
