IMMUNOFOAL has been designed for newborn foals that need a supplemental supply of immunoglobulin G (IgG) during the period when the foundation of their natural immunity is being established. The foal is born without its own immune protection and during the first hours of life it is dependent on the intake of colostrum to provide the first antibodies necessary to cope with the first months of life. IMMUNOFOAL provides valuable support, especially in situations where the foal has not received enough colostrum or where the quality of the maternal colostrum may not be optimal. The practical packaging allows the teat to be fitted directly onto the bottle, making it easier to feed in the critical first hours after birth.
